What your quote should confirm
Ask for the delivery address, serviceable area, charges, dispatch estimate and expected arrival window in writing. Product pages do not represent live stock, guaranteed delivery times or a same-day promise.
Equipment setup
Confirm whether demonstration, fitting or installation is included, who will provide it and when. Some equipment needs clinical configuration or training beyond delivery.
Check the delivery
Check the package and product against your order and retain the invoice and serial details. Contact our team promptly if an item is damaged, missing or different from the confirmed order.
Temperature-sensitive products
Any regulated or temperature-sensitive supply needs separately confirmed eligibility, handling and delivery arrangements. Such products are not available through an automated checkout on this website.
